TRANSACTIONS

Orders and Prices 

We will confirm acceptance of your order which will happen by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order and we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions. At all time, we will ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products are correct. However, we reserve the right to vary the prices and other details of the products without advance notice to customers (due to daily price fluctuations, discrepancies of product prices and its availability listed on this website are subject to change without any prior notice).

Every effort is made to ensure accurate and most recent information about our products will be reflected on printed material and on our website. The invoice that comes with the delivery will contain the most updated prices. Any discrepancies may be due to out-of-stock, substitutions, special offers etc by our Partners. You may reject the particular product upon delivery. We will not be liable to make any compensation due to price differences. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, the right to adjust the final bill after it is presented to the Customer and such adjustments shall be make known to the Customer at the time of delivery. We also reserve the right to limit sales to any individual customers.

Typographical Error

The description, listing, reference to, a product or service on this website does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event of typographical error or error in pricing information of a product or service listed at an incorrect price from a partner, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit or refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Delivery

There will be a delivery fee.  Additional delivery charge may apply for special circumstances and rearrangement such as change of timing or location.  While we make every effort to realize the customer orders, we reserve the right to decline an order because of unforeseen reasons or because the product is no longer available. Due to constant increment of fuel charge, cost of delivery services by us or our agent may change from time to time. You are advised to check the delivery fees every time you made a visit to our website or before placing any orders with us. We reserve the right to change and update the delivery charges without prior notice to you.

Government Tax

GST is a wide base tax levied on the import of goods, as well as nearly all supplies of goods and services in Singapore. At present, we are not a GST registered company, in accordance with the State law, we are not required to charge sales tax in transactions and services. However, in future, when our company becomes a GST registered company, we will be required to charge sales tax in transactions and services.  And all taxes collected will be directly remitted to our tax authority. The sales tax amount will be displayed on the checkout section of the website and invoices.

Fraud and Your Responsibility

Online shopping or internet purchase maybe convenient and effortless. At any time, there are syndicates or individuals waiting to gain unauthorized access to your computer, your credit card or banking details without your knowledge. However, it is your responsibility to safe guards this information. We will not be liable to compensate or refund you any money unless you realized the matter before we deliver the orders. It is your responsibility to make an official report to the police department for any unauthorized use of your credit card or banking information. At COSMO CUCO PTE LTD, we take fraud seriously and we will not hesitate to report any suspicious orders or transactions to the law enforcement department. If you are found fraudulent, we may apply legal action on your wrong doing. All cost arise from these actions will be borne by you.

We, in our sole discretion, may display or showcase our Partners’ products or services, or other materials of third parties (provided by Partners) on this website. While every care is taken to ensure that product illustration and information are as accurate as possible, photograph and images that are shown are only representation of actual products and variation may apply from time to time.
